Thyroid cancer symptoms for the first symptom could be seen by the enlarged lump around the neck closer to thyroid gland followed by heart palpitations, fluctuations of weight and temperature sensitivity. In fact, the thyroid cancer rarely happens in children. 

In order to know the symptoms and signs for thyroid cancer in children, it depends on the types because there are four types for this cancer such as follicular, papillary, medullary and the last is anaplastic.

The symptoms only half of all cases, thyroid cancer that attacks children could be seen through the enlargements in neck area. For other half cases, it could be the presence of painless and non-inflamed metastatic cancers with no symptoms at all.

In some cases, lump in neck does not lead to cancerous, but of course it should be examined as soon as possible by physician in order to know whether or not it is thyroid cancer symptoms.
